Set up in four questions
What kind of group, its name, how people join, a public page or not. The kind sets the starting settings; everything can change later on Manage Group.
Members who manage themselves
Invite by link or email; people ask to join from the group site and an admin approves — or open it up. Faces, indexes and preferred tees come with them.
One page to run it
Manage Group: Set up (settings, members, the site, emails) and Run it (tee times, events, season, money). Save buttons everywhere; nothing changes until you say so.
A public site with its own address
Home, Tee Times, Events, About, Members — readable by anyone you send the link to, no account needed. Your banner at the top.
